F4B02 / F4R04, F4 series small diameter end mills can guarantee the surface finish of the workpiece even if the high hardness material is processed for a long time.

Processing summary:

The workpiece is a 6-piece insert position map of the lamp mold, which has high requirements for the uniformity of the finished finish and precision.

R0.5 has a uniform and distinct rainbow light on the diamond and arc surfaces.

The sides (a, b, c, d) processed by D4R0.2 have uniform, fine particles and obvious reflection imaging.
