Processing results

   

   The workpiece is a lamp mode, which has high requirements on the uniformity of the smoothness and precision of the machining, so it has a strong challenge to the cutting ability and wear resistance of the machining tool.


    The beveled surface of R3 has uniform and obvious rainbow light, and the finish completely meets the processing requirements.


    The plane (a, c) processed by D6R0.5 has uniform grain surface, parallelism within 0.001MM, and obvious reflection imaging; and the side particles at b are uniform, and the reflection at c can be clearly imaged.


    Both F4 series knives meet the requirements of finish and precision.
